Print Download Policy

All artwork and prints featured on this site are the copyrighted property of Adam J. Long. Digital downloads, images, and prints may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or resold in any form without prior written permission from the artist.

Purchasing a print or viewing digital content does not transfer ownership or copyright. All rights remain exclusively with Adam J. Long.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or resale of any artwork is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

Print Refund Policy

At Art Happens, every print is created with care and attention to detail. Because each order is custom printed, all sales are final once your order has been placed. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or ordering errors.

That said, we want you to love your art. If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at brandon@arthappensnashville.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll be happy to replace the item or find a fair solution.
